Shipping Policy:

Our approximate processing time, the time to receive, prepare and ship your treats, is 1-2 days. We make every order fresh and due to extremely high demand our processing time may exceed 2 days but we are working hard to reduce the processing time. We are a small family business and we are forever grateful for your support and the love we continue to receive!

Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification, including the tracking number.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are based on the buyer's total order weight and location. Shipment rates are calculated at the checkout by the company, and these rates are subject to change without notice.

United States Shipping Rates: Shipping rate is $5-$7 if the weight of the package is under 1lb and $10-$12 if the weight of the package is over 1lb.

Additional Info Processing & Shipping:

Processing and shipping time are two different things. What you chose upon checkout is the shipping time-frame, this is after the processing time needed to receive, make and prepare your package.
